  • Immerse yourself in calming and empowering guided meditation sessions for a more grounded and centered life. Led by our experienced therapist who is a Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP).

    Trauma and anxiety are stored in the body through activation of the nervous system, hormonal changes, and physical symptoms. Guided meditation can help heal trauma and cope with anxiety by connecting with your inner experiences, regulating the nervous system, fostering loving kindness, and promoting overall restoration.

Session Location

We currently offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents on a secure telehealth platform.To participate in telehealth services at Embrace Therapy and Wellness, you must be a resident of/physically located in the state of NJ or PA. All you need is a private space with internet connection and a willingness to explore and understand yourself and the world around you.
